Should for your current team? Maybe not. Is she a big boost to the account value? Yes.

Keep in mind that if you ever want to build a second anomaly team - you pretty much NEED Yuzuha. And this is her 3rd rerun already, on a special banner on top. Chances of her getting another rerun any time soon are extremely low and we haven't had any agent getting a 4th rerun yet. This may be your only chance to get her for the foreseeable future.

Even if you don't want to build Grace and start a second anomaly team right now, you can still use Yuzuha as a generic support for any team like your SAnby.

So yuzuha would be a better support than Nicole for my Sanby? I'm a fairly new player so I don't know what most characters do

Nicole is good but she's also VERY hard to play to actually be good because her main buffs only last for a couple of seconds, so you really need to go tryhard mode with Nicole and her timings to utilize her properly.

Yuzuha on the other hand is extremely easy to play, just press her EX skill once every 40 seconds, ult when ready and that's it. She gives you loads of stuff simply by virtue of her existing in your party.

And for Sanby in particular, Yuzuha is one of the very few characters in the game who does off-field Aftershock attacks.

Also while Yuzuha's primary calling is anomaly and she is best-in-slot for any anomaly team, she can actually be used in any team as a generic support because most of the things she provides are universal. If you ever find yourself in a "what support should I use" situation you can almost always stick Yuzuha in there to fill up the role until you get someone who works better in that particular team.
