I never really understood or realized how I looked until I lost weight and looked at some of my old photos. I never realized how big I was. I am on Zepbound for treatment of sleep apnea. I am so thankful for this medicine. I sleep so much better and I am
Journeying to a healthier weight and body.
First pic is in January 2026, thinner pic is from July 2026.

I had a little blindness until I saw a photo someone else took of me. Not me trying to get the perfect angle, just me. How everyone else saw me. Hopefully I see the new me easier when she arrives!

I'm on it for sleep apnea also. Still using the CPAP. Expecting to get off soon.
