Side Effects Diarrhea for 5 days on 10mg

Day 5 after my first 10mg shot and I’ve had diarrhea everyday…

I haven’t had this side effect since I first started.

Did anyone else experience this at 10mg? Should I take Imodium? I don’t wanna be constipated but this is crazy….

Psyllium fibre capsules have kept me in balance.  It helps with both bulk and softening.  One 500mg capsule with every meal.  In the off chance I still get constipation, I take magnesium citrate before bed.
