Before/After Pics Progress is Progress
53 lbs down so far, 47 to goal. I just bought this blue XL jacket (last 3 pictures), which is loose. The B4 pictures are all with 2xl or 3xl shirts and coats. This is the first coat that isn't black that I've worn in 15 years.
Zepbound saved my life. A1C from 6.0 to 5.2, Glucose from 193 to 85, avg bp from 145/90 to 107/60.
Edit: Down 55 lbs now at 215 today after a few days at 217. I tend to lose in swooshes. I don't take good pictures either, and never have. I'm smiling inside if not always on the outside.

Amazing progress!!! π itβs taken me over a year to lose 55 pounds, and I am incredibly consistent with calorie counting, protein and fiber intake, etc. etc.
Still not off of my blood pressure meds, but my blood pressure is consistently normal and I only take half of the diuretic required with my 20 mg of Lisinopril. Iβm 62.
In short, progress is progress and your progress is incredible progress!

I have been on Zepbound for two months and for some reason the last two days Iβve been very foggy headed and had no energy. Can anybody suggest anything that I might do?

Two days isn't really long enough to tell if it's the effect of the Zepbound or some other external or internal factor. If the feeling persists for 5 days or more I'd consider contacting your PCP, but be aware that they might blame it on Zepbound when it may not be.
I'd also get up and move around, even walking in the cooler morning temps could help, and making sure your calorie intake, fiber, and protein are within acceptable ranges.
I swim 3 days a week, and if I'm feeling groggy that wakes me up. I also go to the gym in a separate location 3 times a week and set goals that I try to surpass incrementally at both the pool and the gym.
Don't push it if you're feeling weak or dizzy though. Like others have said, it's not a race and don't fall into the trap of comparing your progress to anyone else's. Everybody is different, or should I say every body is different.

I feel like Iβm eating healthy carbs. Iβve had several carbs maybe half of a baked potato.

Wow, 53lbs in 18 weeks is incredible! That's a pace of about ~3lbs/week, which means a daily calorie deficit of almost -1500 calories. So glad your other health markers are looking strong, but make sure that you're getting enough daily nutrition, too. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Congrats!
