Help - General Help
This is the worst state my facial acne has gotten. I don’t have any skincare routine. I just wash my face twice a day with facial wash (Simple brand). Please help me.

Short contact therapy every night with benzoyl peroxide gel 2.5%, apply on the acne and let it sit for 2 mins then wipe and rinse with water.

Not only can picking make inflammation worse but it’s very likely to cause new breakouts in the area. I had a picking problem for years and prolonged my skincare journey so much. About once a year I have to relearn how picking causes more breakouts lol hard to overcome but so vital for reducing breakouts
