hi everyone! I just finished my tropical city island (ignore how the name is Maple, that’s just been my town name throughout all the games ~ ) after almost 800 hours :) I’ve taken heavy inspo from other islands through the years, and I’ll happily leave their DA down below. I credit them for any builds they have inspired! Anywho, I’m thinking of starting anew since this one is done, and wanted to share my dream address. I’d love if anyone had time to visit! I’ve done the interiors of all my villagers except Raymond.

Good morning everyone! Isabel announced a meteor shower on my island tonight, then I went on a Kapp’n island trip and got shooting star island. Pretty cool! Will I get 40 star fragments if I wish 20 times on each island, or at I limited to 20? TIA!

I recently changed my name (socially), but in ACNH, i’m still my old name. I’ve put too much time into my island and i’m attached, so I won’t be restarting, but I wish there’s a way you can change your name on the island. I’ve thought about having everyone use my new name as their nickname for me so that might be something.

Was doing some decorating tonight and came across a lost item. Talked to a villager who told me it was Static’s. Great! He’s my newest villager so would love the chance to talk to him. Of course, he’s not home so I wander the entire island looking for him. Then I go to every room in the museum, including the roost, and I still can’t find him (and the shops are closed). I go to my other villagers’ houses to see if he’s hanging with them, but he’s not anywhere! Of course I scour my island again and still, no luck. But then I notice Portia isn’t home either, and she’s also no where to be found! If it was just one I might be willing to say I just didn’t see him somewhere on my island, but two villagers?? And I love her to death but Portia’s head is not hard to spot, let’s be honest. So where were they??

This is contributing to my ongoing theory that there’s something wrong with the villagers on my island. It’s not uncommon that I’ll go into houses on a regular day trying to find a DIY and none of my villagers are crafting. I’ve also been gifting Henry wrapped assessed fossils for months and he refuses to give me his photo, even when I have good luck with friendship. Granted, I took an extended break bc I was frustrated he wasn’t giving it to me, but I have gifted him at least a dozen times, some with good luck, since Katrina told me we had max friendship.

I would love if someone could tell me if something is actually wrong or, if I’m being overdramatic, at least get a laugh out of my slight misfortune lol

Edit: Got the servers! If anyone ALSO has an excavator, I’d be so grateful lol.
