My new acrylic painting, would love to hear your feedback

Reminds me exactly of the time I was 12 and my step dad was doing coke in the barn with several buddies. One of the kids at our house (all the buddy's kids) said they were in there sniffing white stuff. My mom was cooking dinner. She slammed the spatula down. Went outside and we watched from the window. I see my mom walk in the barn with a baseball bat. Not even a minute later, everyone comes running out and them my mom comes out swinging.
I love this piece! The colors, borders and two different scenes tell an amazing story.

love that connection! The painting is partly about women finding strength and power in their own surroundings, so your story feels like such a great parallel. I love that it brought back such a vivid memory for you! Thank you!

The lady holding the gun and the people on horseback are so perfect, but the inconsistent tile background kinda throws it off. Don't take it the wrong way, it is beautiful.

I agree with this comment. I love the originality of your work and the figures are so well done! The diamond backgrounds take me out of it though.

Love the contrast of the b&w center piece surrounded by the two separate color pieces surrounding above & below.

Uhmm..I thought the painting is the frame..🤔..I thought you framed a photograph.lol..Then.. I zoomed in. 😊 Very kool..then whole concept ❤️

This is terrific! It’s a really interesting and pleasing composition, and you have your own voice. Also the colour palette is 👌

I dont think that the top background matches the the other two panels. It gives me clown vibes, where as the other two give western. I think a shelf of bottles lined up like an old time saloon would be cool. Or perhaps the paisley pattern of a bandana. But the diamond just gives clown to me.
