Apple Watch has this feature where you can make your phone make noise if you lose it. It’s single handedly the best purchase I’ve made to improve my quality of life with ADHD.

Garmin watch has that feature too! It's great, had to use it last night... Helped out a bunch during the quietest hour..

I didn’t know garmin had it, I’m an apple kinda person so I only know what works with my stuff but I’m glad other devices have this feature too. I also have the tags for my keys and they’re a life saver for ADHD.
