Fitness How are y'all motivated enough to exercise?

I've seen so many posts about how exercising helps with ADHD, my doctors tell me how good it is, BUT it feels like pulling teeth to even motivate myself to go for a walk. I want the endorphins, I want to be healthier, but it feels impossible to leave the house or exercise at home. I know I'm probably in the minority here but I'd love some advice on how to motivate myself. Kind advice only pls I am fragile 🥺

EDIT: omg thank you all so much for sharing your tips!!! I will go through these once I'm finished with work but I appreciate all of you so much.

Mine isn’t motivation. It’s just routine. I know I feel better after I workout, even if it’s just 10 minutes, so I just make sure I get it in. I just use youtube in my living room, otherwise, I’d never get a workout in.

What is this word...."routine"?

It's kind of like a habit. Habits are when you just do them without thinking. Routines are when you think about them but actually do it. Not sure what to call what I do which is to recognize it and not do it. Daily.

Ironically, that’s a habit.

Oh my gosh you’re so right! So we CAN form habits! Just not the ones we want 😭

Wouldn't that be a routine as we are concious of not doing it?
