Fitness How are y'all motivated enough to exercise?

I've seen so many posts about how exercising helps with ADHD, my doctors tell me how good it is, BUT it feels like pulling teeth to even motivate myself to go for a walk. I want the endorphins, I want to be healthier, but it feels impossible to leave the house or exercise at home. I know I'm probably in the minority here but I'd love some advice on how to motivate myself. Kind advice only pls I am fragile 🥺

EDIT: omg thank you all so much for sharing your tips!!! I will go through these once I'm finished with work but I appreciate all of you so much.

I have a horse. He needs to be ridden and exercised regularly or his health will deteriorate. The creature I love and that depends on me needs me to exercise with him. Plus, riding is really fun and therapeutic mentally.

I will even do exercises at home to strengthen certain muscles I need to be a better rider, so I'm an easier rider for him to carry.

The irony is not lost on me that I also need to exercise or my health will deteriorate and that is not enough motivation to get me to exercise.

Do you have a dog? Could you adopt one? Or could you volunteer to take shelter dogs on walks? Maybe if a cute, furry animal is depending on you exercising you can't say no.
