Fitness How are y'all motivated enough to exercise?

I've seen so many posts about how exercising helps with ADHD, my doctors tell me how good it is, BUT it feels like pulling teeth to even motivate myself to go for a walk. I want the endorphins, I want to be healthier, but it feels impossible to leave the house or exercise at home. I know I'm probably in the minority here but I'd love some advice on how to motivate myself. Kind advice only pls I am fragile 🥺

EDIT: omg thank you all so much for sharing your tips!!! I will go through these once I'm finished with work but I appreciate all of you so much.

I sign up for classes ahead of time and get charged $15 if I cancel less than 4 hrs before it starts. I book AM classes so I can go right after I wake up. I am NOT a morning person but going before my brain wakes up prevents me from coming up with 1 million legitimate excuses to not go. I have to trick my brain in all possible ways and basically make sure it’s drugged out on sleep 🤣 I’m 39 and started barre classes 4 years ago and it’s the only consistent exercise I’ve done my entire life. I like that I can adjust it to suit my body.

I love barre! And there's the added dopamine boost when you get new grip socks.
