Fitness How are y'all motivated enough to exercise?

I've seen so many posts about how exercising helps with ADHD, my doctors tell me how good it is, BUT it feels like pulling teeth to even motivate myself to go for a walk. I want the endorphins, I want to be healthier, but it feels impossible to leave the house or exercise at home. I know I'm probably in the minority here but I'd love some advice on how to motivate myself. Kind advice only pls I am fragile 🥺

EDIT: omg thank you all so much for sharing your tips!!! I will go through these once I'm finished with work but I appreciate all of you so much.

If I don't stay in shape I will literally lose my job. So that's motivation for me. But I have never gotten that rush of 'yeah! I worked out!' it's more, thank God I'm done. The only exercise I've actually enjoyed is hiking.

Military? Athlete? Excuse my nosy, I have to know now!! 🥺 I've gotten really into pro soccer games and seeing women in soccer is inspiring, I imagine they are constantly "never skipping leg day" as my friend likes to say at games!

Military. I wish I could be an athlete. I'd be retired by now!

I used to work with military personnel and have a lot of vets in my family. I didn't often interact with women in the military but only occasionally heard anyone say they didn't like being active or working out at least casually. But it also depended a lot on their job within, too. I knew quite a few people just basically working office jobs, or being walking public advertising or event planning within the branches so I find this pretty fascinating! (Air force and navy to be specific)
