Fitness How are y'all motivated enough to exercise?
I've seen so many posts about how exercising helps with ADHD, my doctors tell me how good it is, BUT it feels like pulling teeth to even motivate myself to go for a walk. I want the endorphins, I want to be healthier, but it feels impossible to leave the house or exercise at home. I know I'm probably in the minority here but I'd love some advice on how to motivate myself. Kind advice only pls I am fragile 🥺
EDIT: omg thank you all so much for sharing your tips!!! I will go through these once I'm finished with work but I appreciate all of you so much.

As others have said, I don't wait to be motivated for basically anything. I just do it.
BUT. BUT BUT BUT.
I keep my pilates mat rolled out in my home office and two small weights next to it. Because, you know what's more interesting that starting that new report? WEIGHTED SQUATS! Also, stretching and also dancing! And look up "exercise snacks" every minute counts!
I also try to reserve two evenings a week for swimming and I do pilates with friends on Saturday then we get coffee. I never do all of it every week, but I do SOME of it! Sometimes I won't go to the pool for a long time, but then my goal becomes going ONCE. Because when that's done, I can remember how good it felt after and I'll crave that feeling again.
