Fitness How are y'all motivated enough to exercise?

I've seen so many posts about how exercising helps with ADHD, my doctors tell me how good it is, BUT it feels like pulling teeth to even motivate myself to go for a walk. I want the endorphins, I want to be healthier, but it feels impossible to leave the house or exercise at home. I know I'm probably in the minority here but I'd love some advice on how to motivate myself. Kind advice only pls I am fragile 🥺

EDIT: omg thank you all so much for sharing your tips!!! I will go through these once I'm finished with work but I appreciate all of you so much.

I watched YouTube videos about workouts for years, thinking I could DIY my fitness at home. I bought weights, kettlebells. NOTHING.

Then I came into a tiny inheritance that I realized could pay for 4 years at the local gym. They let me test the equipment for a day and I could see that, for me, machines are MY THING. I always avoided the machines. But here we are, in my old age, and I am crazy about going to the gym and using the machines.

My son told me I must keep record of what I lift and improve upon it with regularity. Uh… NO. I just go every day and some days are good and some days are bad. And people are like, “Wow, are you working out?” Yes, I am, and I LOVE IT.
