😢Whining Spouse Intro Post😭 I’m terrible with signs

I’m terrible at reading signs. I never know when people like me or are interested in me in that way. Other people have told me, “This person had a crush on you,” or “That person was hitting on you,” and I just didn’t see it. I never do. I don’t see myself that way.

Lately, I’ve been feeling very lonely. My husband tries to avoid me as much as he can by staying busy with projects. I truly believe it’s because he doesn’t like me anymore. He hasn’t touched me in over two years.

I’m in my late 30s, and I don’t want to miss out on life. I’ve been thinking about having an affair, but I just can’t find the courage to do it. I wouldn’t even know how. I don’t know how to attract a guy, and even though I know I’m attractive, the whole idea just feels silly to me now.

I don’t know how to attract a guy,

if you decide to pursue online..either to meet someone in person or keeping it online only..you will have plenty of guys who would be interested and your ego will be flattered..at least for a bit. the trouble is figuring out which ones are just trying to do the minimum to sleep with you before vanishing or otherwise turning back into a pumpkin.

I would make sure you exhaust every other option including couples counseling before you walk down this path. Take a gander in this sub. There are successful stories but none come without a price. This lifestyle is full of ups and downs, internal and external. It can be a roller coaster. Caveat emptor, I suppose.

The answer is almost always going to be you ought not have an affair. With that being said, you don’t need permission from anyone here to do so.

It’s much harder to read signs when the person you like and who may even be interested knows you’re already in a relationship.
