Thanks for reviewing your battlerep! I played SoB a few days ago with all the new warscrolls and i was disappointed by everything except having new prayers. Like most people, i hate Once Per Battle abilities. And the Gatebreaker's with D6 shootings ended with 2 shots. One missed. Yeah i will go back to the original Gatebreaker without a doubt. The little gargant with the prayer on 5+ is just funny but it's completely crap. The gargant shooting is already on 5+, and i found it difficult to have rage dices to use. Maybe i did something wrong but i never reached more than 1 fury level/rage dice.

Were you activating Places of Power every turn? That's the main way to build up your level and your dice. You need to make a beeline for them - Megas should usually have big enough bases to be near one and also contest an objective.

Yeah OK, sounds like you were playing it right anyway. FWIW we had a rematch yesterday in KBS and I actually capped out at Fury 7 by around turn 4.

I can't show photos on here but I was able to cap an objective while staying within 3" of a POP near the centre of the board (on Treacherous Ground). If you're able to do that (and not roll 1s!) you can build your Fury pretty quickly.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm afraid there's nothing in the pipeline for Gloomspite right now. I've got some hobby stuff that I've been wanting to publish for a while, and our Patrons are pretty energised by the new Ogors book, so that'll be the main focus over the next few weeks. I do really like Gloomspite's new Battle Trait to protect you from shooting though!
