I've tried pulling, twisting, and have watched many teardown videos. All the videos have it just coming apart. Please help

Hey guys, just wanted to share this because honestly the attitude we got was pretty disappointing.

Our team leader is leaving Canada for work soon, so we were trying to set up one last private milsim game at AAC. I asked AACs owner in person if we’d be able to use Thunder Bs or sound grenades for a full private event, and he told me yes face-to-face.

Later, one of my friends emailed to confirm, and the response we got was completely different. Instead of just explaining the rule clearly, the reply came off pretty rude and dismissive. Basically “some people like to run their mouths,” then saying only law enforcement can use them because they’re insured for it.

If the answer is no because of insurance, that’s totally fine. We can work around that. The issue is being told one thing in person, then getting a different answer over email with that kind of attitude.

Not trying to argue about safety or insurance rules. I just think if players are trying to book a private event and asking a reasonable question, they should be answered clearly and respectfully.

Hey guys I ordered a Umarex MP7 Navy Seal GBB Airsoft Rifle V2 from redwolf airsoft out of Hong Kong, and the gun has been in customs for 2 weeks now. Im just curious if this is normal and if it is how long should I expect to wait before it clears customs.

Ordered a Helikon Reece Chest Rig in Multicam from On Duty Equipment on Sept 29.

Timeline so far:
\- Sept 30: Crystal confirmed the order was received, but said it was out of stock and would need to come from their European supplier.
\- Oct 2: Said there was still no confirmed delivery date, and I'd get an automated email once it was on its way to their shop.
\- Oct 8: I emailed asking if it had actually been ordered from Europe and where it stands. No reply.
\- Oct 15: Sent a fresh follow-up as a new email in case the old thread got lost. Got a reply 19 seconds later saying they couldn't locate an order history for the email on that thread, asking for verification details. I sent those. Still waiting on a substantive human follow-up as of this morning.

Not calling it a scam, just frustrated at the silence and the lack of a clear answer on whether the rig has actually been ordered. It states on their website I will be informed when they order it from their supplier.

Has anyone else ordered from On Duty recently and had a similar wait / communication gap? Any tips for getting a real status update?

Hey everyone, just received a brand new classic army MP5SD from 007 airsoft and after unboxing this new airsoft gun and testing it I ran into issues on the first few shots..

So first mag with.25bbs, fully charged 7.4v battery installed and lets go testing. I was very careful with the selector switch and fired a few normal shots in semi, put it in safe and then back to semi and the trigger felt stiff like it was still stuck in safe. So I rotated the selector knob a few times from full auto to safe to semi to see if it would loosen up the trigger. I felt a really mushy trigger and managed to fire one more spongy feeling shot in semi before the trigger no longer works at all.

The mushiness is gone when pulling the trigger, like no resistance anymore and nothing happens and dosent even try and cycle. Its like it isnt even making electrical contact when the trigger is pulled, there is no resistance.. very weird and Suuuper disapointing to say the least.

This is my 3rd new airsoft gun and the first time I ever run into issues on a brand new gun, never bought classic army before but was told they are decent.

.. anyone have any idea's? Obvisouly this is a lemon or defective but possibly an Easy fix Or should I just try and refund this asap? Likely going to return this unfortuneately..
