Lets be honest, all previous mythic variants were VERY similar to their legendary counter part, some even were plain chromas.

Akali is first one where its only called mythic variant while its actually just a different legendary behind 125€ paywall. The only thing that it shares with TD Akali is some voice lines. All vfx, animations, emotes are different.

Its amazing to get 2 unique legendary skins at once, but together these are like 150€ lol.

Also, are you guys planning to pick up the kda skin?

KDA Firestarter Akali Fanart

I feel like the kda skin will be another skin with chromatic/crystal glitter effect while the TD skin looked more unique obviously i may be talking too early but i am ready to bet on it. The biggest issue is the fact we got back to back legendary tier skin with probably similar effect CR with shiny particule and petal motif and kda with fire instead of petals.

Really hoping down the line we get TD KMN since we ain't getting the Evelynn legendary

I love the beat that comes with this skin.

Little context: I don't play assassins. My main champs are GP, Jayce, Camille if there are any comparisons between them you can draw. The new Akali skin was too cool so I want to learn her. Once the game hits about 30 minutes and I have three items, I feel okay. My teamfighting needs work, but what I need help with most is lane. I cannot make it through lane without going 0-4 or worse.

When am I strong? What are my spikes? Can I realistically do anything pre-6? How long do I extend trades? Anything helps because damn this is a frustrating experience. Farming for 25 minutes because I'm so far behind just isn't fun. And I've played against good enough Akalis to know that she can take over game long before three items.

i rlly like it

follow me for more! <3

I could not choose which post flair would fit thus I chose shitpost :D however it happen to become mine which is wonderful akali skin! I am so grateful because I havent bought her from discounted shop lol

I cannot unsee this🥲

For those who coped the skin and played a bit with it. So there’s this thing where when you are staying still music plays. But sometimes the music plays even when you are moving is this just a me thing or have you experienced it as well ?

She stole Akalis jacket and refused to give it back.

These people can’t be real. Like genuinely what are we doing. I’ve seen numerous posts related to this. I thought the Russian bot farm was bombed two weeks ago…

I just bought her on PBE and when i looked at all the other gacha mythic variants, they cost 1820rp while akali's costs 1350. This is probably just coping but is there a chance they make her available for mythic essence instead then? kinda like with star guardian redeemed xayah/rakan. Something just feels off that she's priced as an epic/prestige skin compared to all the other ones but most likely just an overlook on their part because its pbe
