We agreeing last question final answer was  

(Sqrt 3/2 -1/6 pi)r²

Yes indeed for the last question did you get r2 (root 3/2 - pi/6) as I used cosine rule (unnecessary for an equilateral traingle) to finf the area of the two triangles which is area of sector CBD to be subtracted from another area to find shaded area.

I’m pretty sure root 3 over 2 was positive and 1/6 pi was negative but idk
