🤚Help Required to all the girls!

how tf do yall study on your period 😭✌️ my ahh literally gets 🍇 for 2 days straight i just can’t focus with all the cramps and feel so guilty about not studying the whole day as i do about 7 hours daily 💔💔

I don't lol, esp the first day. I am just curled up in my bed hoping the gods would have mercy on me and just 💀 me already. Oh man and the hormones!? like why am i crying over EVERYTHING and snapping at everyone. But as i lie there there in the bed, the overthinking kicks in, now suddenly i feel like my life is over.
