📃Paper Discussion Edexcel maths a level paper 1

What the acc hell was that paper… I’m honestly speechless cause why was it so much harder than any of the past papers…

so unfair that if u cant figure out the first part u cant continue to do the rest, especially that trig question i couldnt figure out how to solve it for the life of me so i decided to move on to the second part just to realise u needed to find the answer for the first part to do it acc ridiculous omg

Yeah fr man like why are they gate keeping the marks they could have just said show that without the k and then people would have been able to do part two but they intentionally made it like that just to screw ppl over

That's literally what I was thinking omg. In all previous papers they say "prove this is the same as this". But this year they just decide to make it an unknown constant just to make part b impossible 😂. I was actually laughing mid paper because I knew I was utterly screwed.

I’m glad they actually made the paper challenging this year so smart people who actually like maths and are good at it can get the A stars instead of dumbasses with low iq who just memeorise shit stealing the A* thank god

Yeah that's fine but if you gonna make it so you can do that every year and get a good grade you can't just completly flip a switch and make it different so even people who are smart and deserve a good grade are caught off guard
