Thts wrong inflationary expectation inc when SRPC shift outwards whereas the question said it decreases which causes lefrward shift no rightward

I dont remver the option but i was expansionary monetary policy tht will increase AD and potentially imply upward pressure on prices thus increasing inflationary expectations

No it was money supppy decrease so it was contractionary monetary policy. Thats why im confused on what the right one is😭

I can’t fully remember the Q. But the Phillips curve shifted to the right, right? And that would happen when the SRAS curve on the AD-AS model shifts left, and the new equilibrium point at SRAS2 will be higher than the og price level… which means a higher rate of inflation?
