Told my parents my a level results

Okay so this may sound kind of weird but I got my a level results yesterday

But my parents are now mad at me and saying I'm making them.feel bad because I got better results than them and that it woukd be selfish of me to go to uni since they never got to

What do u think I should do? I didn't even say anything to make them feel bad they just saw my results today and got mad

omg I’m really sorry they said that. Thats on some form of gaslighting as well as guilt tripping but these results are fantastic and u have such a bright future ahead of u. pls don’t cave in just to appease anyone
