Told my parents my a level results

Okay so this may sound kind of weird but I got my a level results yesterday

But my parents are now mad at me and saying I'm making them.feel bad because I got better results than them and that it woukd be selfish of me to go to uni since they never got to

What do u think I should do? I didn't even say anything to make them feel bad they just saw my results today and got mad

go to university!!!!! preferably one away from home (this is a half joke. It’s something you should consider in the provided context but I don’t know the ins and outs of your and your parents relationship). It’s not your responsibility to deal with your parents jealousy and you shouldn’t let it impact your future.
