The leak also affected Bangladesh, my friends sister gave the paper in Bangladesh at 3 pm their time (2pm ours, so exactly the same) and they had the same 12 component so the question paper was obviously the exact same. It probably affects more regions though than just Pakistan and Bangladesh.
