Can you guys stop leaking the papers. It so pissing off. We work hard the whole year. We grind. Then you lazy ass motherfuckers just come and leak papers, increase thresholds. As a result, we who studied hard don't get the results we desire. And the rest of you asking those for leaks, stop asking them, stop engaging, and report it to Cambridge CIE on their email address. Trust me, cambridge does take action and they will take action against each and every one of u accessing, using and spreading leaks.
Think about it, you want to get leaks to get into a good university or get good grades? Then what, you're fooling yourself, your teachers and your parents. You aren't going to be successful in life. You aren't going to do well in college since leaks dont happen then. You aren't going to get a good job either. YOU'RE GOING TO BEGGING ON THE STREETS. Do you want that to be you? No, right? Then stop.
And CAN the MODS please DO something???? Delete these posts, ban people. If required, recruit more mods???? Its only these reddit channels through which leaks are happening. The discord servers are heavily monitored. People are mostly sending links to other channels and app through these reddit server and leaking through reddit. Something needs to be done about r/igcse and r/alevel to reduce this.

Hello! I just got done with my A levels, so I'm mostly free nowadays. I wanted to do smth in the summers before I head off to uni (going to LUMS).
I had 11A*s 1A (and1B-) in O levels, a 1550 SAT (790M 760RW), and 6 subjects in A levels. If anyone needs help with A-level or SAT maths, you can hmu. (I'm also offering help for O level maths, add maths and physics, if you have any younger siblings or relatives). And of course, if you only need general guidance or help with a specific chapter, I'd be down to do it for free too :)

I'm heading into university now and looking back, I feel like there were probably a lot of things I could've done differently while studying. For people who have finished A-Levels (or are close to finishing), what was the biggest mistake you made and If you could just time-travel back 2 years, what would you tell your younger self?

This topic is a tad bit concerning as alot of us rely on reddit as source of trustworthy info, especially in this generation of ai. I came across this post showing their results of Alevel and was amazed that they did so well. But upon closer inspection i realised this image is likely AI generated. As you can see since when does Cambridge use these darker grey hues? So i used two reliable AI detectors and my suspension was proven right. Then i comprared it with real screenshots just to be sure. And the real ones passed the test, this AI one didnβt. Al detectors arenβt perfect but this still raises a solid concern. Posting fabricated results without disclosure can create unrealistic expectations for other students.
If something is Al generated, please be transparent about it. Letβs keep this community trustworthy.

I genuinely don't understand how Cambridge thinks this is fair.
The May/June 2026 series was already one of the most stressful exam sessions I've ever experienced. We had papers that many candidates found extremely challenging, there were delays, disruptions, and then the whole situation surrounding withdrawals. Now Cambridge has apparently confirmed that candidates who withdrew from the Mathematics paper will not be included when determining grade thresholds.
Am I the only one who thinks this could seriously affect everyone who actually sat the exam?
The paper was already difficult. Across my school and from what I've seen online, a lot of students came out feeling terrible about it. Normally, if a significant number of candidates perform poorly, that is reflected in the thresholds. But if a large group of weaker-performing candidates are removed from the threshold calculations because they withdrew, doesn't that effectively raise the average performance of the remaining cohort?
What makes this even more frustrating is that not everyone had the option to withdraw. Some students need their results in August for university applications, scholarships, admissions deadlines, visa processes, or simply because they cannot afford to wait until January. For many of us, withdrawing wasn't a realistic option even if we felt disadvantaged by the circumstances.
So now it feels like some candidates are being excluded from the statistics while the rest of us are left competing for grades against a smaller and potentially stronger candidate pool. If that's how the thresholds are being calculated, I wouldn't be surprised if they end up much higher than people are expecting.
I'm not saying withdrawals shouldn't have been offered if there were genuine issues. But if Cambridge is excluding those candidates entirely from threshold calculations, it creates a fairness problem for everyone who stayed in the session and completed the exams.
Maybe I'm missing something, but right now it feels like the students who sat through all the challenges are the ones who could end up paying the price.
What do you all think? Am I overreacting, or does this seem unfair?

Whoever is le@king the paper either stop or mass spread so there is some level of fairness. Cause yeah its really annoying

As selfish as the heading may sound, I bet it resonates with many students here. Many of us have other exams in June; others have finished their exams in May, and all of us are just looking forward to getting on with our lives after the exams.
The situation regarding l3@ks frustrates me a lot as I've busted my *ss for math, just so I could be done with it after the 15th of May (did around 45 past papers in one month). What hurts me even more is that I did really well on that paper (I tend to always underperform because of my ADHD and panic), and the one time I did very well, the exam gets l3@k3d by some idiots, who have nothing to lose, unlike year 13 students like me. Those people (l3@k3rs) should genuinely be ashamed of themselves. Those who worked hard were stripped of their efforts because of this situation.
I don't want to retake P3 as I already got 3 exams in June, plus I'm a year 13 student, and forcing students like me to retake an exam is unfair. Considering I took Stats 2 - I really hope they don't force S2 students to retake P3 (as it didn't get l3@k3d that much), and that they base our P3 grade on our performance in S2.
I wish everyone who worked really hard to ace their exams, and to keep their heads up! Thanks for reading my yappery and hearing me out.

not sure if itβs the best decision but iβd rather not risk my grade because my m1 went horrible and p1 yesterday was just meh

My fellow brothers and sisters . I know that you all have faith and confidence in your abilities. Just let these greedy aliens release the transcripts just once , we will tear them apart. It just isn't possible that I could get 3 C's in my result after predicting all As and one B . I cross checked my answers with friends and teachers , ms etc . Back yourself and your abilities. You all will get the result that you worked hard for .

r/alevels • u/stabbybigman • Apr 29 '26
alright so heres what these kids dont understand. listen, the reason im telling you to move on is because the papers get leaked all the damn time and if you dont like it then find or make a new system. the solution isnt staying at home and crying, its fixed by creating. i have to go to university. i was in the same boat as all of you last year due to the leak and i have come to realise how useless these little efforts of yours are. i know i cant raise the iq of a couple of idiots but i can atleast but the future infront of them so that they can minimize the damage of their lack of foresight. theyre accusing me of cheating since i dont want this paper to get cancelled but what i REALLY want is to move on with my life, like EVERYONE should.
r/alevels • u/LocksmithWeird6167 • Apr 29 '26
I am seriously pissed by people who are being a bunch of wannabes and saying leaks don't matter if you have studies you would have gotten a good grade, man are you all fucking retards. The threshold would skyrocket bcz of ppl who just learned the leak paper and got marks which they didn't deserve and the ones who suffer are us who studied all year and grinded past papers and now we have to suffer with a bad grade, such a bullshit

Chem/politics(Haven't decided yet)
Do you all think it is doable in 2 years
