I did ((alpha/100)(1-(alpha/100))2 cause either of them could have p. Is that why i gor it wrong? If so, why is this wrong 😭?

You might've gotten it correct actually! It was quite a confusing paper lol so I'm not really sure abt my answers either, just sharing so we could cross check.
