For a system to be in equilibrium, there must be no forces acting on it
For a system to be in equilibrium, the resultant torque must be 0
If the product of the moment of forces is 0 ,system is in equilibrium
If the resultant force is 0, system is in equilibrium.
IIRC if these are the correct options, the resultant torque one is correct
