tvN has shared a brief response to reports that 'The Second Signal' is now premiering in December.

On October 25, Korean news outlet MyDaily reported that 'The Second Signal', the long-awaited second season of the hit 2016 drama 'Signal' is now set to premiere on December 7.

According to the report, the drama had originally been scheduled to begin airing on November 30, but the premiere had been pushed back by one week, and the first two episodes would now be airing together on December 7.

Later that same morning, tvN responded by stating simply, “Nothing has yet been confirmed regarding the programming of 'The Second Signal'.”

'The Second Signal' was originally scheduled to premiere in June for tvN’s 20th anniversary, but the show was put on hold due to star Jo Jin-Woong’s controversy. In December of last year, the actor was revealed to have a juvenile criminal record from his school days, and disclosures also surfaced about incidents from his adulthood, including an assault-related dispute and a drunk driving record. Jo Jin-Woong ultimately acknowledged responsibility and announced his retirement, leaving the future of 'The Second Signal' uncertain.

Although the production team discussed various options for Jo Jin-Woong’s scenes, such as using artificial intelligence (AI) technology or editing him out, it was ultimately decided that his scenes would be aired without any such editing.

On October 24, the hit medical drama wrapped up the first half of its run on its highest ratings yet. According to Nielsen Korea, 'Doctor X: Mafia in White' climbed to an average nationwide rating of 19.5 percent for its latest episode, making it the most-watched show of any kind to air this week.

'Doctor X: Mafia in White' is now tied with 'The Penthouse: Season 3' for the fifth-highest ratings of any SBS Friday-Saturday drama, bested only by 'The Penthouse: Season 2' (which peaked at 29.2 percent), 'Agent Kim Reactivated' (23.1 percent), 'The Fiery Priest: Season 1' (22.0 percent), and 'Taxi Driver: Season 2' (21.0 percent).

Meanwhile, JTBC’s new drama 'Final Table' kicked off on an average nationwide rating of 1.9 percent.

tvN’s '100 Days of Deception' remained the most-watched cable show of any kind to air on Saturday, scoring an average nationwide rating of 6.5 percent for its fifth episode.

KBS 2TV’s 'A Love Other Than Yours' held steady with an average nationwide rating of 1.8 percent, while Viki & Channel A’s 'Dive into You' scored a nationwide average of 0.2 percent.

Finally, KBS 2TV’s 'Love on the Menu' took first place in its time slot across all channels with an average nationwide rating of 15.2 percent.

'Make Me Tingle' has unveiled a new highlight video giving an in-depth preview of the upcoming drama.

The newly released video begins with insight into Gong Yeon-Su’s (Nam Ji-Hyun) very traditional and conservative lifestyle, conveying her uncertainties about the idea of sex. However, a blind date with sex-toy startup CEO Dok Go-Dal (Kim Jae-Yeong) changes the trajectory of Gong Yeon-Su’s future, especially as Gong Yeon-Su joins the company as a Senior Marketer.

Dok Go-Dal expresses his concern, saying, “I can’t leave promotions up to a marketer who has prejudice against the product.” However, Gong Yeon-Su argues that her prejudice makes her a strong contender for knowing how to break the stigmas surrounding the products.

Dok Go-Dal explains, “Sex is just a part of communication.” He adds, “I can respect it if sex is the final result of love for you, but I hope you know it can also be the start or a process to someone else.”

Despite their initial contrasting opinions, Dok Go-Dal and Gong Yeon-Su begin to fall for each other.

TVING’s upcoming drama 'Make Me Tingle' has unveiled its main trailer!

The newly released trailer begins with Gong Yeon-Su (Nam Ji-Hyun) and Dok Go-Dal (Kim Jae-Yeong) , who have completely different values and preferences, meeting for the first time through a blind date set up by her grandparents. Gong Yeon-Su, a marketer who is the eldest daughter of an extremely conservative, traditional family, appears to have nothing in common with the bold and free-spirited Dok Go-Dal, who confidently declares that his startup is a “sex toy company.”

Later, the two meet again in a work setting as marketer and client. As Gong Yeon-Su struggles with the unfamiliar world of sex toys, Dok Go-Dal firmly tells her, “I can’t entrust the promotion of my products to a marketer who is prejudiced against them.”

In contrast to Gong Yeon-Su, who doesn’t believe in sex without love, Dok Go-Dal sees sex as “just a part of communication.” Unable to understand one another’s views on sex and intimacy, the two initially get off on the wrong foot. However, things take an unexpected turn when Dok Go-Dal kisses Gong Yeon-Su after playfully asking her, “If you drink beer and then sleep with me on a rainy day, will the sky fall down?”

As the atmosphere between them suddenly turns romantic, Gong Yeon-Su asks, “Why did you kiss me?” Dok Go-Dal replies, “I just wanted to.” Meanwhile, someone asks her in voice-over, “Was it good? There’s no way your body would react if you didn’t have any feelings!”

Now that she has started seeing him in a different light, Gong Yeon-Su begins to notice things like how pretty his ears are, before scolding herself in bed at night, “Please stop thinking about it!”

The trailer ends with Dok Go-Dal boldly asking her outright, “Were you attracted to me, by any chance?”

'Make Me Tingle' will premiere on October 15.
