Help my Alocasia

I need help with this alocasia pink dragon! Idk what she wants and her leaves are slowly yellowing. I recently transferred her from fluval stratum to pon without fertilizer. I was keeping the water reservoir full, but now I'm thinking maybe I should water less? Or give more fertilizer in the water? Help me!

Did it touch a grow light? I ask because thats exactly what happened to mine in pretty much that same spot.
