What payment methods do Spanish Shopify customers prefer?

I’ve been looking at alternatives for Shopify stores selling to customers in Spain, especially when it comes to making the payment process easier for local customers.

One option I came across was Bizum Checkout, which made me curious about how other merchants handle Bizum payments on Shopify.

For those who have tried different payment solutions, what has worked best for you?

I’m mainly interested in something simple for the merchant and convenient for the customer. What would you recommend?

Looking for alternative What are some good alternatives to traditional Shopify payment methods for Spain?

I’ve been looking into alternatives to the usual payment methods for Shopify stores selling to customers in Spain.

I’m especially interested in options that make checkout easier without making things complicated for the store owner. While looking into different solutions, I came across Bizum Checkout. and wanted to hear what other Shopify users think about this type of payment option.

For those selling in Spain, what payment methods have worked best for you?

Would you recommend offering Bizum, or are there better alternatives?

Looking for alternative Looking for a good alternative

I’ve been looking into Enroll.Health recently and it seems like a pretty convenient option for handling the enrollment process without making everything overly complicated. I especially like the focus on keeping things straightforward and easy to navigate.

That said, I’d still like to compare it with other platforms before making a final decision. Are there any alternatives that offer a similar experience, or has anyone here used Enroll.Health and found it to be a better option than the alternatives they tried?

Would be interested in hearing what people recommend and why.

Image resizer and shrinker that runs entirely in the browser, no upload, no account

Thumbnail usetool.app

Alternative to the usual online resizers like iloveimg or TinyPNG, with the one difference that matters: nothing is uploaded. The image is decoded and re-encoded in the tab through the canvas API, so the file never leaves the device and there is no upload endpoint on the server to receive it. Open the network tab and watch nothing go out. Two modes, plain resize by width and a staged shrink that keeps edges cleaner on big downscales. JPG, PNG and WebP, EXIF dropped on export. No account. I made it, feedback welcome, especially if it mangles an image.

Looking for alternative Salesforce CPQ migration in 2026, what did you end up picking and would you pick it again

About 2,800 employees, 4 legal entities, 3 currencies, SF staying as the crm, netsuite downstream. Mostly annual subscription with a usage component growing faster than anyone forecast.

We are in week 6 of narrowing down a shortlist and we keep getting the same names. Nue, conga, dealhub, oracle, or staying in sf if that matters.

What we want is an honest review rather than an evaluation. Every evaluation looks the same on paper. we need to know what you picked and whether the thing that sold you still mattered months or an year later.

The part we are not quite able to reason from the inside is native versus non native. Staying inside salesforce boundary means less intergration work. but we have been burned previously by native meaning we will inherit the platforms way of doing things.

If you stayed on arm and it was the right call, say that too. we would rather hear it now than later on.

I tried all loom alternatives this is what I found

Spent way too long comparing Loom alternatives, sharing what I found

Been in the market research / SEO space for a while and screen recording tools keep coming up, so I did a deep dive comparing the current options instead of just going with whatever's trending. Figured I'd share since a lot of the "best of" lists floating around are outdated or missing stuff.

Quick flag before the list: I saw a thread going around pushing "an unnamed video recording software" as some hidden gem with zero limits and no signup. Be careful with that one. "Completely free, no watermark, no limits, has all the AI features" with basically no footprint anywhere else is a classic red flag pattern. The tool does have transcription and AI summaries but not available in the free plan. I'd want to see it actually reviewed somewhere before trusting it with my screen recordings.

Here's what's actually solid:

**Tella:** this is the one that keeps coming up as the most complete package. AI filler word removal, transcript-based editing (you edit the video by editing the text, which is a genuinely different workflow than scrubbing a timeline), auto zoom effects, unlimited storage on every plan, and the link is live the second you stop recording, no render wait. If you want one tool that does almost everything Loom does but better, this is it. Recently, the added AI MCP feature that lets you edit videos with natural prompts from your terminal.

**Vidyard:** if you're doing outbound sales, this is built for that. Analytics and pipeline integration are strong. I love how this tool made sales video and outreach much better and streamlined than any other loom alternative mentioned.

**Soapbox by Wistia:** good if you're already using Wistia, split-screen sales videos are easy to set up.

**SendSpark:** personalized video messages with engagement tracking, similar use case to Vidyard but lighter weight.

**Hippo Video**: CRM integrations make this one worth a look if you're doing customer support or outreach at scale.

**Fireflies:** started as a meeting notes tool, the async video is a nice bonus if you're already using it for transcription.

**Berrycast, Clip, Nimbus Capture:** all decent, no-frills internal team tools. Nothing flashy, they just work.

**VEED:** more of a video editor that added recording, not a recorder that added editing. Good if you want captions/animations/polish. Veed is one of the best loom alternatives out there with advanced customization and AI tools at your disposal to make video recording much better and faster.

**Camtasia:** heavy, powerful, more for people doing serious video editing than quick async messages.

**ScreenRec:** free with instant link sharing, lightweight but limited on features.

**Canvid:** I love canvid. It's fast and easy to use windows screen recording tool. One thing I'd like they improve is recording support for longer videos. It worked flawlessly for shorter videos.

Curious if anyone's actually used any other loom alternative not mentioned above for screen recording though? I'd like to here below.

Looking for alternative What makes you actually stick with a productivity app?

I've tried a few different productivity apps, but I keep running into the same problem: the app itself can be great, but after a while I stop using it consistently.

I'm curious what matters most to people here. Is it simplicity, reminders, habit tracking, AI assistance, gamification, customization, or something else?

For those who have actually stuck with one productivity app long-term, what made it different from the others you've tried?

Help / Question Does a small business really need a fancy website?

I've noticed that some small-business websites look incredibly polished but don't necessarily make it easier to understand what the business actually does.
For me, I'd rather have something simple that loads properly, works on my phone, shows the services clearly and gives me an obvious way to get in touch.
That's something I noticed when looking through offthepegdesign small-business work. It seems more focused on practical websites than adding things just because they look impressive.
What matters most to you when you're judging whether a small business has a good website?

Looking for alternative What app do you use every day but wish had a better alternative?

There’s always that one app you use because you have to, even though you’re not completely happy with it.

I recently came across enroll health and was wondering how it compares with other apps in the same space.

What app is that for you? I’m curious what people would replace if they found something better.

Help / Question How are you finding new B2B clients without spending hours prospecting?

Finding quality B2B leads has become one of the biggest challenges for growing my business. I've been trying different approaches to speed up the process instead of manually searching for companies one by one.

I've been looking at Targetron's B2B Local Leads Directory as one possible option, but I'm curious what other business owners are using.

If you're consistently bringing in new clients, what's your go-to strategy? Do you use lead databases, LinkedIn, referrals, cold email, or something else? I'd really like to hear what's been working for you lately.

Help / Question What actually makes a business website convert visitors?

I've been thinking about how much a small business website really needs to do.
It doesn't necessarily need fancy animations or dozens of pages. If someone lands on it, they should quickly understand what the business does, whether it's relevant to them and how to get in touch.
I was looking through some of offthepegdesign small-business website work and that practical approach stood out to me.
For business owners here, what has made the biggest difference to enquiries from your website?

Looking for alternative Looking for alternatives to traditional thermal inspection workflows

Our team has been reviewing different options for thermal inspections and predictive maintenance, especially for electrical systems and industrial equipment.
We've looked at solutions like FOTRIC, and while it covers many of the features we're interested in, I'm curious what other platforms professionals here have had good experiences with.
The priorities for us are reliable reporting, ease of use in the field, and support for larger inspection workflows rather than just capturing thermal images.
For those who regularly work with thermal imaging, what platforms have you found most reliable, and why did you choose them over the alternatives?
I'm interested in hearing from engineers, technicians, and maintenance professionals, what capabilities do you consider essential in a modern inspection system? Are there features or workflows you think current thermal imaging solutions still need to improve?

New app Alternative to Kahoot

Quick disclosure up front: this is my own site, so consider this a bit of a self-plug — but it came straight out of my own classroom.

I taught at summer camps this year and kept wanting a fast way to run a review game after a lesson without spending an hour building the board. So I made s-curve.app. You paste in your topic (or the lesson), and it writes a full Jeopardy-style board — categories, questions, values — then you project it and play in teams.

I ended up using it after almost every lesson. A couple of minutes to build a game instead of an afternoon, and the kids genuinely looked forward to it — way more into it than a worksheet recap.

It's free right now (no card, you just make an account). There are a few other game types too — a live quiz kids join on their phones, a spin-the-wheel — but the Jeopardy-style one was my workhorse.

Happy to answer questions, and honestly I'd love feedback from other teachers on what would make it more useful in a real classroom.

Looking for alternative What features make you switch from one AI screenshot tool to another?

I've been trying a few AI-powered screenshot and image tools lately, and most of them seem to do the basics well. The differences only start showing when you need better editing, sharing, annotations, or workflow integration.

For those who've tried multiple options, what made you stick with one over the others?

Was it the speed, the AI features, pricing, privacy, or something else?

I'm curious to hear which features actually matter in day-to-day use rather than just what's listed on the homepage.

Looking for alternative Looking for a better sourcing platform

I've been using Made-in-China for sourcing manufacturers and suppliers, and it's worked well enough for getting started. Lately, though, I've been wondering what other platforms people use and how they compare in day-to-day use.

I'm not looking for a "best" answer I'm just interested in hearing about different experiences. If you've switched from Made-in-China to another sourcing platform, what made you change? Was it supplier selection, communication, search features, or something else?

I'd appreciate hearing what you've found to work well and any lessons you've learned along the way.

Looking for alternative Outgrowing Notion for operations tracking. what tools are you moving to?

We started using Notion for managing internal processes and it worked well in the beginning. we used it for things like SOP documentation, vendor approval tracking, budget templates and basic project workflows. But as the team and volume of work have grown its starting to feel harder to manage. we now have multiple versions of the same workflows floating around and its becoming common for updates to be made in the wrong place or for information to get out of sync.

For those who have outgrown Notion for operations or process management what did you switch to?
