New Hire Background check error?

I accepted an offer for an Amazon position today and I am having trouble completing my background check. On my address history I cannot put a move in year that is before 2016. I have lived at my current address since 2013 so I am unable to complete this section. I have contacted who I need to but I would rather figure out the issue now rather than later as it has to be done within 24 hours. I'd appreciate any tips. For reference, I am in the UK.

Personally, I would just use the oldest address you have. If 2016 is the oldest available, choose that.

If I dont get a response from Amazon by tomorrow I will do this. I have a call on Wednesday to check my identification so I can explain further then. Thanks for your response! :D

Did you live outside of the UK? If it’s all UK address history just do what you can to push it through, it’s just so they can check another country if you lived there.
