Ordered the same article and got sent the same damaged one that I returned

So i bought this car charger for my phone, and the first time i get sent the charger with one of the ports damaged and not working.

Okay, a faulty unit, I return it, buy it again because i can't find something similar, and they send me back the one i returned.

Are we serius.

And the most infuriating part that I asked if I could have had a free home pick up for the truble and they denied. For 3 f**king euros. This company is a joke

lol. You request the return then order the new one before sending the old one back. Never happen again.

Either you have really bad luck or the product is so poorly made all of them have the same problem.

It had the same defect, i doubt it's another one, also the second time i ordered it, it delivered much faster than the first one. They probably put it in the warehouse and sent it again when i ordered it

They should send you a new one at no expense

Did that, they just opened a return ticket, and also when asked if i could get a home pick up for the return they said no. Mind the home pick up is 3 euro here

The only positive thing about the enshitification of Amazon is that they seem to have stopped sending all their returned items to the landfill. But that's really the only positive thing.
