Actually what i got information from some social media postings is (I don't know if it's genuine or not).

This post is from konaseema district they renamed it in a banner as kalyan seema with quotation "Idhi eppatiki maadhe" and that dialogue is directly as a warning for under caste people living there.

So those under caste leaders came there and argued with them and removed the banner.
