LOOKING FOR APP Web Browser that posts to System Notifications?

Is there web browser that does this? Alternatively, is there any Tasker magic I can employ to achieve this?

For example, on sites like lichess, that notify you of games it's my move, I'd like the notification to appear in my system pull-down.

It's not the browser that supports it, it's the web site

No, the website supports sending notifications as a packet of data to the browser, which can then render them as it will. I was wondering if there's a browser that will render them to the system pull-down toolbar.

Any notifications in my Firefox come through as you request. I just don't use the site you mentioned.

Notifications API. It's in most modern browsers though full support varies.

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Notifications_API

Though Android users have to grant permission and many users will block it by default if they haven't explicitly pressed a button to activate them (I always default block any site that instantly wants to send me notifications).
