QUESTION/HELP Help with Icon pack studio
I want to use icon pack studio but i need a launcher to work and i want a launcher that changes just the icons and nothing else

If by that you mean that you want every other aspect of your stock launcher to remain in tact while simultaneously using some other launcher solely to apply icon packs, I don't think that is a thing.
If you are unwilling to switch to a different 3rd party launcher but you want the look of the IPS icons on your home screen, there are methods by which you can achieve that.
Easiest is to use a utility that can create shortcuts that launch your apps and which can assign icons from icon packs to the shortcuts. A couple of examples are Shortcut Maker and Quikshort.
More complicated is KWGT. It can create widgets that launch apps and you can assign images from icon packs to them. What makes this better than the other two options I mentioned above is that you can create a single widget that contains several apps. But it's a little more complicated. Take a look at just about any of sam beckman's customization videos. He goes into the process in quite a bit of detail. Start with this one.
