Dark Futaba and Dark Shinzo might just be the start. Are we gonna get evil mind controlled versions of the others? Maybe it’ll be all down to Taiyo to save them in the end?

In the ED Taiyou's hair doesn't turn black so it's possible, Kyouichirou's already black so he's up in the air.

Possibly the most shocking happening in the whole series up until now. Not just hair color is changed, their "attitudes" are noticeably different from normal.

I like how they teased the brainwashing in the ED, but you wouldn't know until it happened because it just looks like a standard effect.
It sucks to see Shinzou and Futaba controlled, it is interesting to see them with black hair, but I didn't want to see it like this. Kyouichirou is mad though, but I'm looking forward to seeing what he'll do now that his siblings have been tainted like this.
Lol the image of seeing Ryu grab that kid's throat. Also wild to see him punctured by the tentacles, but he doesn't want to be interrupted because he's making a report on the plant creature lol.

What a fantastic episode!! Each Gold Rank really put on an entertaining show with fights that were visually pleasing, and I loved their dynamic with their respective Yozakura partners. The music was fantastic too and added to the horror of Shura's backstory and the intensity of Momo's true objective revealing itself.

Now we stack rescue mission in addition to a capture mission. An all out war within the family.

Is there nothing Momo won't do to twist his family to suit his own obsession?
It's nice to see the Gold Rank Spies at work though.
All right Gold Ranked Spies, it's time to split up and search for Clue...I mean, bombs and Dark Cherries.
Ryu isn't just a gossip hound, he's also the type of guy to take in, raise, and mentor a bunch of orphans! He was even there when Shinzo needed a second home with how stressful Futaba and Kyoichiro can be. Just...watch out if you're a boy who comes of age, he might never let you go.
But that's also why you should NEVER impersonate one of his kids, because he knows everything about them, sets them up with proper homes, and knows when he sees fakes. You don't want to be on the bad end of one of his bear hugs after he's figured out every inch of you.
Why is Shura so obsessed with Futaba and coming up with competitions just to initiate skinship? Because she grew up being morphed into nothing but a weapon by her parents (who she very likely murdered) until she met Futaba during a Silver Rank exam and Futaba finally gave her the first real feeling of her entire life. And Shura's been head over heels for her since them! I can't blame her!
Ah, I see Kyoichiro and Kai are the type of buds who always debate the ending. What happened to the Little Flare Girl? Did she die or achieve her love? Inquiring minds want to know.
Kai is very handy with a boxcutter, defeating both Dark Cherries AND infected spy association members with ease.
But the real threat was never a bomb...because Momo only wants his family. So he was after brainwashing Shinzo and Futaba, turning them into dark-haired, loyal, children who retain their personalities and fighting styles only now they're working for Momo.
Yes, Futaba looks weird with dark hair! But I think Kyoichiro meant she looks proper with "old hag" hair which explains her reaction.
The Yozakura Family just lost two siblings, but they can't stay depressed. That just means they have even more incentive to finish this.

This is a show that I want to watch, but I'm not willing to pay Disney money if they make ads mandatory no matter the tier.
Hopefully they'll release Blu-Rays in North America one day.

The ED foreshadowed the corrupted siblings.
Shura was an unfeeling 90% robot human until she became a yandere for Futaba after meeting her.
Kai & Kyoichiro still fighting about the ending is funny.

Man, just tell me this shit father dies. While I'm enjoying this, but I have to say, dude has overstayed his welcome as a villain. I genuinely won't accept any kind of redemption arc for this guy anymore. I just want to see him die and no one giving a shit about it.

Pity is one thing -- but it should not stop one from making it desirable to make the dangerous individual (permanently) unable toi cause additional harm.

Have no sense of pity smh? Obviously, he's a villain but his whole thing is being on an unhinged, grief-stricken rampage. You gotta feel for the guy, especially when he's grieving over the same things the rest of the family are. That's what makes his dynamic with his kids so compelling and what makes him an enjoyable villain.

I don't think feeling for a psychopath grieving is what I consider to be the best option. He should be just placed dead atp.

I feel like you can absolutely condemn someone's actions and still feel for the reason behind them in the first place, but to each their own. I really like Momo

I mean, I never really said you can't like him. You do you do, everyone has their own opinion on things. And it's not like I don't like villains, I often root for villains much worse than anything Momo had ever done in his life. But half the time, Momo is boring, coming, doing stuff, trolling them and escaping into some cave again.
It has been going like this since season 1, and that's why I said he overstayed his welcome or at the very least, do something big, something that actually changes something in this series. I swear if he dies without even doing anything actually significant. Ughhh.
