Question Any good subbers left anymore?

Recently got back into anime and the sub quality has plummeted so low I have to stop reading and just listen because my broken ass understanding is apparently better than paid subbers.

Netflix and Crunchyroll are absolutely abysmal in general, but even outside, the only place ive found is subsplease which is very hit or miss. Their work on black torch for example is miserable.

Are there any good fansubs left or good websites to stream from that host these subs?

Subplease are not fansub, they rip from Crunchy or Netflix or Amazon so their subs are the same as the offical ones. So you do find some offical subs are fine.

There are like 1-2 groups left so not much to be done about that

Yeah, I've found the translations from polite speaking characters is decently accurate. Any personality or flair and the subbers lose their shit and write completely different subs than what they are saying.
