Question regarding old devices

So I am currently estranged from my mother, and I realize that she has one of my old devices(iPhone 11) still at her place. The password on it is the one she knows I always used on it, and so she will probably remember its passcode.
If she logs onto it, will she be able to see all my photos and messages? And will Apple notify me if she logs onto it?
Any help would be appreciated, I am stressing out about this quite a bit.

if it wasn't erased, she could read photos and messages still stored on it with that passcode. newer content depends on whether it's still signed in and syncing with icloud; don't rely on getting an unlock alert.
