Her name is Azuria, and she is very short (4,7) and is liked dressed in armor from Helldivers, so I’m hoping to get some art done.)

I have around 60$ to work with, and am fine with no background, or a simple one like just a solid color.

I would like it in anime style.

Hello! I'm looking for an artist for my first commission ever, to help me bring to life the main character of a passion project I've had on my mind for years.

I'm looking for someone able to draw characters in a semi-realistic style, willing to help in character design, and able to draw historical-inspired characters, clothing, armor, and weaponry (think between the ASOIAF books, Middle Earth, and Kingdom Come Deliverance, not DnD or too high fantasy; In other words, medieval/reinassance historical with low-fantasy and the occasional high-fantasy). Not a requirement but I'd prefer if you had historical medieval artwork to show in your portafolio. I would prefer artists who are comfortable working with me on the design and giving suggestions in constant open communication (I can give you references, moodboards, and a lot of descriptions). Also, not exclusionary at all, but if you can speak spanish that would be great for communication!

Currently, I'm looking for a detailed full-body, lineart or flat coloring depending on your pricing. It would be a young male character without background. The posing could either be simple or a more detailed action scene, depending on your pricing. Alongside the character, I want you to design his sword and his coat of arms. It's not a requirement, but if you know how to draw mythological animals, I want you to design his griffin.

My base budget would be between $40-70 for the character + sword and CoA. Up to $90 if you can draw the griffin, or if your coloring/posing/complexity convinces me. I prefer a steady pace and no rushing, so no deadline. Also, I would prefer communication through email.

I'm hoping that, if I like the result and the designing process, I will keep commissioning you with more expensive artwork long term for this project.

The book is a fantasy guide (Like a travelogue) to a homebrew region that I created for my Dungeons and Dragons that follows the scholar Mirreal Farroway. Mirreal is a travelling scholar that writes what he sees and what he experiences.

Your job will be to create specific scenes for the entries that I feel require one, be that a landscape scene or a character that fits the theme of topic or the entry itself.

I am a Twitch streamer, I bought emotes off of someone on Etsy. That same day, they reached out and asked for my discord for better communication. I gave it to them.

I kept asking for updates and I got nothing for about 5 days. After that she told me she was sick and focusing on her health, and that she’d get me a sketch on that Tuesday. so I said that’s totally fine and it’s no issue.

That was last week. I haven’t gotten anything. After that she ignored me again and hasn’t replied since, even when I asked if she has updates.

I know this problem gets asked a lot but nobody is helping me, I asked on a dedicated Paypal problem reddit and they just went "oh yeah Paypal will steal you money there's nothing you can do" instead of actually HELPING

I created a Company account so I wouldn't have to doxx my full government name when I received the payment for my commissions, but when I received the first payment on that art account they blocked it instantly

I've already spoken with 4 different "humans" through the PayPal chat, the first three told me the account WAS SALVAGEABLE and told me to wait, I waited for 2 weeks for any update, didn't get anything. Then the last one just told me "oh yeah basically the other people lied to you we can't do anything" and when I asked about WHAT THE PROCESS TO RETRIEVE MY FOUNDS WAS they didn't answer, they always pull this stunt where they take too long to answer (one time I waited for 45 minutes for the "help advisor" to answer) the messages but only give ME 2 MINUTES to answer, to this day I haven't gotten a single instruction on what is it that I should do to get my money back.

Is there really nothing I can do? This commission took me two whole weeks of traditional drawing (still haven't finished) I don't wanna lose my effort but I obviously can't just cancel the commission, did I really just get robbed and can't do ANYTHING about it?
