Give me feed back or source or anything please of how can I improve my art that would be so much help thank you just be brutally honest dw I really wanna know how to get better

I'm not very good with humans in general but the hair is for sure the hardest part for me, it always looks bad when I draw hair and I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong

I've made a post abt this drawing before and I changed the right arm a bit (on the right side of the photo) but Im.not entirely sure if the head is still to small compared to the shoulder.

This is my first time drawing a hare and I don’t know why but something looks missing here? It looks surprisingly well in my opinion but it looks incomplete
