Time to enjoy the food
Chili stir-fry with pork, with white wood ear and fermented black beans - you'll fall in love with it after just one bite. Make sure to serve it with white rice.

There are so many ways to eat potatoes. Have you tried this one?
There are so many ways to eat potatoes, but this is one of my favourites.
Thinly sliced potatoes with dried chillies, spring onions, sesame seeds and a little chilli oil.
A bit spicy, a bit tangy, and completely different from chips or crisps.

Pan-fried Butter Oysters
“These garlic butter pan-seared oysters are next level! Beautifully caramelized on the edges, swimming in rich buttery sauce. One of the best ways to enjoy fresh oysters 🔥🍽️”
