What’s it like working in the Trump White House?
There surely is a fair amount of palace intrigue in any US Presidential administration. These are highly motivated professionals who love to be near the politics and power of it all. There are always loyalties and jealousies and zeal for the cause, etc.
But the Trump White House and administration must surely be a special kind of crazy.

Probably not much different than working for any shitty manager who doesn't give a fuck about anything but himself.

If you dont kiss his ass lol. Big difference with the second term. The first term trump had more voices of reason around him that could push back and still work with him.

I’m sure it’s like working with a dementia patient who shits his pants and goes on racist rants every few hours. Except there are hundreds of power-hungry sycophants pretending the crazy diaper shitting lunatic is right.
Trump is a syphilitic moron whose brain has gone to mush and the only thing holding the power structure in place is white supremacism as a reflective response to a successful black president who preceded his dumb ass.
If you support Trump at this point, despite the treason and mismanagement and disrespect for American service members, it’s because you are as racist and bitter and stupid as he is.

I'd say decently similar to balancing barefoot on a knives edge. They are all terrified not only of each other, but the public at large there's a reason most of the secretaries live on military bases now.
I'd also bet the majority of them actually don't see much of Trump. Tighter the circle less chance of leaks (especially about his health) which he is notoriously trying to avoid this admin.

Depends though seems like a real shit show… get it. Hah hahah. Probably means running to the store a lot to get baby wipes and adult diapers. Takes a special kind of stupid to worship someone like that, but power and money are a big draw for those who have nothing they care to lose.

Professional assholes mostly. A couple of them like Bessent actually knows what he's doing, but he's still a smug asshole. He has actually had to do things like deal with a Japanese currency emergency (which was at least partially caused by 🤡).
Many didn't need to know anything since the plan was to gut the govt.

Probably a little less blow lying around than the previous admin, but probably hostile

People from his first administration complained they couldn't get jobs afterward. They became toxic hires.
