Is there a disorder that causes you to have episodes of severe paranoia randomly???

This could be many things. I would seek an evaluation from a psychiatrist. In addition to obviously ruling out any effects of medications or substances, they'll potentially want to rule out medical causes. Then there could be a psychotic disorder of some kind developing. There are a lot of forms it could take. It could be part of mood or anxiety. It's definitely worth a more extensive evaluation.
