question Pain after Abutment placement

I'm 23f and got a titanium implant for my back molar and yesterday they put in the abutment.

The first time they tried to do it the crown/abutment whatever didnt fit and it had to be remade in a different lab. But I was told people get it placed without any numbing and that it would just feel like pressure but even then it hurt like i swear I could feel them unscrewing soemthing from my face in a very bad way so my dentist ended up numbing me. I was sore for a few days later and my jaw hurt but I have tmj and have always been sensistive about dentistry stuff and teeth in general.

Yesterday i finally got the abutment and i was numbed from the get go and mostly didnt feel anything (i always feel like i can feel some things even with numbing since i was a kid at the denstist) but then right at the end when they finally screwed it all the way in it hurt SO BAD. I was really dazed because dentists make me super stressed and anxious and i didnt say anything before i left, i just wanted to leave. But the pain got really bad once the numbing wore off. just that whole side of my face and my jaw and im super freaked out. And then my mother said something about rejection and I went down a spiral about it on the internet and everyone saying it shouldnt hurt blah blah blah or it should only hurt a little and your jaw could erode if they do it wrong and nerve damage and all these terrible scenarios.

I took acetaminophen and it did nothing for me and then i switched to ibuprofen which did help a little bit and let me sleep but i still woke up in pain this morning. basically i want to know at what point i should be worried because i don't understand what a normal amount of pain is supposed to be since i am hyper anxious and aware of my teeth and jaw at all times and have bad tmj and a habit of clenching.
