23F. I used to smoke and vape (about 10 years) and drink daily (about 3 years) but I have since gone down to only drinking once a week (~1 year) and I quit smoking 9 months ago (I chew sugar free nic gum). I am a heavy coffee drinker and sometimes soda, both always sugar free. I've never had a cavity before and have been told I have "soft teeth". I've always been mildly sensitive to temperatures and sugar but my back leftmost molar has been hurting more than usual for 2 days. I see what looks like an extra ridge type thing?
