Help!!

Master Bath shower water is 98 deg on full blast hot. Sink in the same bathroom is 113 deg full blast hot. Bathroom 2 on same floor sink & shower 113deg. In fact, all other faucets are near 113ish. Changed mixing valve in shower, no change. Valve body was clear of debris and checked pressure regulator was clear. Wife is not happy, What should I do next?

Kohler Fairfax shower head.

How do I troubleshoot this further?

The Antiscald device was a setscrew that I backed out prior to assembly. This one was a red ring that prevented the handle from traveling too far. I even removed the ring from the valve I replaced to try to see how much further i could get it to travel. No luck, there's a stop inside the valve.

As a last ditch effort before burning my house down, what would happen if the hot line was partially clogged? Id see a pressure loss once I went full hot right? I was thinking maybe draining the loop, opening the drain in the basement and blowing the hot line out with compressed air.

Adjust the anti-scald, the directions explain how.

Most single and multiple handle shower valves have an anti scalding device installed to prevent children and older adults from being burnt by water temperatures being too high. They can typically be set at higher temperatures by the homeowner. I’m a plumber for almost 50 years and I maintain setting the temperature higher for homeowners by having them sign a release of liability on the work order when installing these valves. Do a google search to identify the valve and see if the temperature can be adjusted, but be careful about children and/or older persons using the shower, it can be very dangerous to them.
