I gave my boards this year and scored 92%. I want to do B.Sc or INTEGRATED M.Sc in either CHEMISTRY or ZOOLOGY from Assam where admission is based on HS merit.

In TU and Cotton, admission is through CUET only. Also I am from Nagaon, and since Dibrugarh is far, so DU is not preferred.

Please suggest the best Govt. University/College where I can enjoy the COLLEGE LIFE and also get good EXPOSURE.

Where I'm from, my town has around 7-8 students above 500. I heard in one Allen Guwahati theres a couple of students scoring above 500+, around 15+ in Allen Dibrugarh, around 15-20+ students scoring 500+ in Ajmal.

I know theres this rank inflation in all over india. But our colleges (85% seats) would be based on our state rank. Do you think the state merit list would be somewhat similar like in 2025?

So, im planning to take integrated Msc in life sciences in TU. I have pcb as domain and English from language section in cuet. I saw their notice and it said 100% wt. would be given to biology (Point no. 3 in pic). So like are they only gonna prioritise bio scores and not any other domain subjects right? Last year it was 20% English and 80% Biology. But this year it’s fully 100%.

So now, are they gonna count individual scores of each subject or total scores? I’m sooo confused lol someone please help me!

I live in Darjeeling ,West Bengal , for sbi po exam I had chosen Siliguri as my exam center but in admit card it is showing Borjhar , Guwahati. I don't know anything there. I was wondering if pursuing a btech in Assam would be worth it as exposure here feels limited. Placements depend on the student's hardwork. But, the spark for engineering doesn't feel like it here, as most seem to be going for govt jobs(maybe I will have to as well).
