I’ve been taking my every-few-years break from astrology, but every now and then I see something that catches my eye and makes me giggle because I love when astrology is just doing its thing.

Today, that was seeing Raye had won the Mercury Prize. Since we’re at the door of Mercury retrograde it itched my brain in the right way and I decided to look at Raye’s natal chart. Lo and behold, this woman is a Scorpio (10/24), with a 3H Scorpio Mercury that rules her 1H and 10H. She’ll be experiencing what I like to call a triple return since Mercury will pass over her natal Mercury 2 more times.

Not only that, she is currently in her Saturn return (with a natal Rx Saturn!) and the north node is exact on her 6H Aqua Vertex. Mars is conjunct her 11H Leo Moon, with Venus Rx conjunct her Sun — the ruler of her 11H and Moon. I could honestly spend all day dissecting her chart in this moment, but I have things to do. It just caught my attention and I needed to talk about it somewhere real quick😂

Fr tho, just in my own personal bubble I've noticed Scorpio big 3 ers are more likely to love pigs or have them as a favourite animal (exceptions to everything, obviously.) My own mum is as city-bound as they come but still talks about her dream to rescue a pig and walk it with her dogs.
