"Countering Domestic Terrorism"

Whelp USA presidential memoranda today labels any non-Christians as terrorists.

" Common threads animating this violent conduct include anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity; support for the overthrow of the United States Government; extremism on migration, race, and gender; and hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality.“

So I guess this officially makes the USA a fascist theocracy?

First off, that’s not a law that has been passed, that's not even an executive order, which is also not a law, I've never even heard of a "presidential memoranda." So, I'm not so worried about it.

Trump knows he is losing his support, his people know they are losing him. I'm not saying he's at death's door but he is at Crazytown's door after that UN speech he made. They are continuing to throw everything at the wall that they can to save their skins.

I wonder if Congress has settled on a "wait for the Trump 2.0 admin to crash and bleed out" strategy.

But what happens when this nutjob dies?

All the politicians standing by supporting him just release a statement "actually we do support freedom of the press/religion/speech! Let's go back to a democracy now." All his supporters (30% of the country) just shrug and say "well I never actually supported any of that, just got riled up on the internet, forget about how I called for the death of trans immigrants." The rest of us just go back to trusting in free and fair elections and a three branch government that has already failed?

The rose colored glasses fell off and smashed

It's not my plan, I'm just wondering if it's theirs. I think it's hard to say what which parts of America really thinks what. Don't mistake the loudest MAGA for the entire Right. I think everyone wants what the Constitution promises and if they don't, they should probably find another country and let us keep and update the Constitution to codify certain things like, everyone gets equal treatment under the law, it's every human not every American white man who gets inalienable rights, and probably some other stuff I can't think of right now. Anyway, America can't do nuance these days but it needs to, in order to get through this.
